Terms and Policies

CREDIT CARDS:

Cards accepted: Visa, Discover, MasterCard. We do not accept American Express at this time. Please see PAYMENT TERMS below for more credit card payment information.

PRICES:

Prices effective November 1, 2015 and supersede all previous price lists and literature. Tax and freight charges are not included in prices shown. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

QUOTES:

Quotes are good for 30 days and are subject to change depending on material or shipping cost changes.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Institutional customers that issue a signed valid purchase order will be invoiced with net 30 day payment terms. A 1-1/2% monthly finance charge will be applied to all past due accounts (18% annually). All other orders will be accepted only if payment is received with your order.

Credit Card payments more than 30 days after date of invoice are subject to a 3% tranaction charge.

Orders totaling over $10,000.00 are subject to 50% down payment.

ORDERING:

Orders may be placed in writing, by telephone,on web or fax. When ordering, please specify quantity, model #, description, color if applicable, and price. Shipping and billing addresses and telephone number required. Institutional customers must have a purchase order number.

FREIGHT:

All prices are F.O.B. point of manufacture. We will ship via UPS, FedEx, our truck or motor freight. Added surcharge for motor freight shipment to a residence, does not apply to UPS or FedEx shipments. Minimum charge $7.50. See shipping policy for more.

DAMAGES/CLAIMS:

Be sure to thoroughly inspect all of your merchandise. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortages and damages. Notations of any shortage or damage to the merchandise or its packaging must be made on the delivery receipt prior to signing for it. Concealed damage not visible at timeof delivery must be reported to the carrier and Baseballracks.com within 15 days after delivery. All claims for damages or shortages must be filed within 30 days to Baseballracks.com and the delivering freight company.

RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Baseballracks.com. An authorization number will be given (valid for 30days) and must appear on shipping labels when merchandise is returned. Merchandise must be carefully packaged and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all freight charges and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

GUARANTEES:

All products are guaranteed to be free against manufacturing defects in accordance with each individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Product warranties do not cover freight, nor any labor associated with the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS, WOOD PRODUCTS:

Wipe down products frequently with a damp cloth to keep them dust free.  Touch up paint annually with paint provided with your order.  Products that are fence mounted should be taken down and stored properly until the next season to prolong the life of your product.  Products that are fence mounted should be installed so dugout roof does not shed water on to product.
